Silicon Craft participated in the IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC) 2024 in Hiroshima, Japan

During November 18–21, 2024, Dr. Amorn Jiraseree-amornkun, IT Manager at Silicon Craft Technology PLC, participated in the IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC) 2024 in Hiroshima, Japan. Dr. Amorn presented a progress report titled “Advancing Thailand’s Semiconductor Industry Through Talent Development” as part of the “IT Vision in Asia” session.

 

The IEEE A-SSCC serves as a premier international platform for showcasing the latest innovations and advancements in chip and circuit design within the solid-state and semiconductor industries. Dr. Amorn’s presentation highlighted efforts to strengthen Thailand’s semiconductor sector through strategic talent development initiatives, underscoring the nation’s commitment to advancing this critical field.

 

This event provided an excellent opportunity to highlight the progress in developing Thailand’s semiconductor ecosystem, exchange experiences, and foster networking with countries across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore. Additionally, it facilitated valuable connections with high-tech nations such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, as well as regions like the EU and the US.
