Silicon Craft participated in the “3rd Heat on Human Health Symposium 2024 – Extreme Heat: Beyond Morbidity and Mortality”

On November 28, 2024, Professor Dr. Apinunt Thanachayanont, a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Research Officer of Silicon Craft Technology PLC, participated in the “3rd Heat on Human Health Symposium 2024 – Extreme Heat: Beyond Morbidity and Mortality.” The event was organized by Phramongkutklao College of Medicine and held at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok.

The Heat on Human Health Symposium is a premier event dedicated to exploring evidence-based best practices and innovative solutions in the field of heat-related injury prevention and care.

During the event, Dr. Apinunt contributed to a panel discussion on the topic “Innovation for Heat Management.” He highlighted cutting-edge solutions utilizing Silicon Craft’s NFC Sensor Interface microchips, the SIC4340 and SIC4341, which can detect early warning signs of heat stroke by measuring temperature, humidity, and muscle contractions.

Dr. Apinunt also emphasized the potential future applications of these technologies in chemical analysis for health monitoring in both humans and animals. This innovation aims to enable easy-to-use, on-site, or at-home testing solutions, broadening accessibility and convenience for health management.

The company expresses gratitude for the opportunity to exchange knowledge and collaborate with esteemed experts at the symposium. Silicon Craft remains dedicated to driving innovation in sensor interface microchip technologies, fostering partnerships, and contributing to advancements in heat-related health management.
