What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for semiconductor products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to establish a competitive edge.
  • Perform in-depth market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, unmet customer needs, and market gaps to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, from planning to execution.
  • Partner with sales teams to create technical marketing materials, presentations, and competitive analysis.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using metrics such as adoption rates, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blogs, case studies, videos, and other assets that demonstrate product value.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment across the organization.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • TOEIC score > 700 or equivalent evidence of proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field (semiconductor or electronic components preferred).
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, self-motivated, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the company culture.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong desire to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Power Bi or others relevant to the role.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
