What You’ll Do
- Design analog/mixed-signal building blocks (OpAmp, Bias circuit) and sub-system (Oscillator, EEPROM) of ICs especially in CMOS processes.
- Perform circuit and system design, simulation, and layout verification.
- Create technical document, for instance, design summary, design review presentation, and technology study conclusion.
- Create characterization plans of the responsible block or sub-system.
- Perform silicon validation on ASIC tester or in lab.
- Interact directly with other designers/chip architect to ensure the compatibility of his/her work with the overall system.

Who You Are
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for Backend development for the new product introduction project and/or 2nd source development.
- Review supplier’s technology capability provided by sourcing team including supplier selection to serve new IC packages, new form factors, new processes, new technology requirements
- Supporting supplier audit and maintain the technical interface with suppliers
- Work with internal partners to provide total solution fulfilment related to Backend technology
- Codevelop with supplier for getting an updated technology & package in semiconductor market
- Collaborate with product design team/marketing to ensure package development roadmap serves product requirement and market trend.
