What You’ll Do
- Design analog/mixed-signal building blocks (OpAmp, Bias circuit) and sub-system (Oscillator, EEPROM) of ICs especially in CMOS processes.
- Perform circuit and system design, simulation, and layout verification.
- Create technical document, for instance, design summary, design review presentation, and technology study conclusion.
- Create characterization plans of the responsible block or sub-system.
- Perform silicon validation on ASIC tester or in lab.
- Interact directly with other designers/chip architect to ensure the compatibility of his/her work with the overall system.
- Review of designs done by peers.
- Other assignments on technology study in topics related to electronic circuit and system and information technology.
Who You Are
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in Analog IC design in the area of RFID, sensor interface, wireless/wireline communication, power management, RFIC, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CMOS analog circuit design concepts, circuit & system modelling, and IC development process.
- Knowledge of signal processing, understanding of devices and process technology.
- Capability to justify the specifications of the block and the required time/resource for design.
- Capability on analog block design, layout floorplan, and characterization.
- Capability to design and analysis within Time / Resource constrain.
- Proficiency in the use of EDA tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation (SPICE) and layout design and verification.
- Innovative mindset to develop efficient and smart solutions.
- Excellent & Presentable command of English language or TOEIC score 500.
- Knowledge of digital IC design, IC testing/calibration, and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of the related product application, measurement technique, and project management.
