Lead Hardware Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for design circuit architecture for analog / mixed-signal test board, probe card and related tools to support product testing in evaluation, characterization, and mass production.
• Responsible for conduct the hardware verification plan.
• Responsible for debug analog/RF problem in product and test equipment.
• Responsible for optimizing the existed hardware design, such as size reducing, signal improving.
• Responsible for finding the new source or partner for PCB and hardware fabrication.
• Responsible for Implement Gage R&R plan for all test hardware.
• Responsible for conduct design reviews such as peer reviews, group reviews, or any other assigned reviews.
• Responsible for creating the technical documents to facilitate the R&D process, knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a team’s representative in projects to coordinate with designers, chip architects, and engineers in other departments to ensure design compatibility.
• Mentor, review, and provide feedback to subordinates and team members.
• Other Assignment.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Computer Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analog circuit design, device reliability test and modeling of complex mixed-signal IC Failure analysis of complex mixed-signal IC
• Solid knowledge in Analog/RF-oriented electronic hardware such as RFID tester
• Solid knowledge in embedded system and Digital system.
• Solid knowledge in RFID, Smartcard, Network, and Telecommunication is a plus.
• Solid knowledge in Reliability modeling and reliability test such as JEDEC / MIL / IEC standard is a plus.
• Solid experience in design test hardware and facilities required based on test cases from designer i.e. current consumption, bandwidth, and voltage level.
• Solid experience in solve problem related to hardware and test facilities at manufacturer site/customer site under time limited condition.
• Solid experience in design analog section of tester and qualification/reliability system such as amplifier, filter, oscillator, phase-locked-loop.
• Solid experience in electrical instruments and measurement usage.
